Total Awareness Promotions (TAP) is a registered charity based in Calderdale.

Our objectives are:

• To advance the education of the general public in all areas relating to health.
• To promote, for the benefit of the general public, the efficiency of the police in West Yorkshire and to promote good citizenship and greater participation in the prevention of crime and to reduce the fear of crime in the area.

Established in 2005, we provide creative and dynamic events. We use these events as a platform to promote key health and community messages.
In association with our partner organisations our current health promotions cover drugs awareness (Frank campaign), smoking (NHS and BHF), alcohol abuse (Drink Aware Trust) and Calderdal council (active lifestyles).
West Yorkshire Police are supporting our Crime Prevention awareness initiatives.
