Lyndon Hainsworth
Lyndon is responsible for Roadshows and our community events. With over 25 years charity and roadshow experience he ensures the services we offer are the best they can be. Lyndon is the Daddy of TAP and regularly has to rein Ben in when it comes to his “spectacular” ideas.
Lyndon is also a founding member of TAP and takes pride in the professional team we have become. Lyndon works locally as a project coordinator.
Ben Doughty
As one of the founder members of TAP Ben is passionate about TAP and the services we provide. Ben takes an active role in all events and roadshows, he is also responsible for sponsorship and our audio promotions. Ben’s real passion lies with the Niteclub Experience and Special events TAP Provide.
Ben has 10 years charity experience and works as a Police Officer with the West Yorkshire Police.
Steve Berry
Steve is the latest Trustee joining the team in August 2010. Steve has been an active member assisting at a variety of events. Steve loves the technical side of TAP and can often be found turning his home in to workshop tinkering and maintaining equipment, much to the annoyance of his partner Amanda.
Steve works as a manager at Royal Mail and lives locally.

Steve Sutcliffe
Steve is one of the founding members of TAP and now designs and maintains the website. He is also responsible for the event pictures, videos, banners and promotional media.You will often see him jumping about like a looney at the events, as he enjoys nothing more than engaging with the audience and displaying his 'dancing' prowess.
Steve has 8 years charity experience and is currently setting up a local business in multimedia for education.
Nick Murgatroyd
Nick has been with TAP for approximately 3 years now and can be seen at the majority of events. He is by definition 'Mr reliable', always willing to give that extra 10% when needed and always with a smile. He is also an IT professional, therefore his technical knowlege proves invaluable at times.
Nick is a keen Rugby player and works full time for a Children and young people's organisation in Leeds.
Jack Doughty
Jack is one of the younger faces of TAP, helping out at Roadshows and Niteclub Xperience events. Jack loves our Roadshow dances and is not scared of making a fool of himself.
Jack lives locally and has recently completed a Btec in Public Services
